PNP - How to convince case officer ?

Hi All,

I have support from organization for PNP, currently on WP - ICT.

Case officer is not considering job offer as valid and asking for revised one. My organization has provided same job offer format for Express entry successfully for other profiles.

How to convince case officer ? Can I escalate to case officer supervisor for review ?

Do you have the email to what the officer actually said and asked for? You may want to post that to ensure people here can answer you better.

In essence it says that letter is not as per program guide and need to mention word "permanent".

As I'm on ICT hence my company will give permanent role offer after PR only.

If the requirement is to get an offer for a permanent role, then the officer has correctly done his or her job.

You cannot escalate it to a supervisor as there was nothing wrong done.

The job offer must contain the word permanent for this to be classified as a job offer. You need to convince your company to add this word to your offer letter.

Thanks, will try for that. However wondering how come same format and content is accepted as job offer in express entry for my colleagues ?

Is express entry valid job offer criteria different and relaxed than PNP ?
