What are the chances for an US H1B visa holder to get PNP nomination in Canada? Is it possible to return to US after PR Visa stamping in the province we got the PNP from?
I'm aware of the fact that we need to show full intentions of settling in the province we get the PNP from. But what if I do not move to any other province but return to US or my native country for couple of years? Is that allowed and what are the clauses?
