Honestly your score is too low and you are in a licensed NOC. Maybe Alberta if they select your score and NOC without needed a P.Eng license.

I know from experience that the Alberta PNP Program for the Accelerated Technology Pathway (though I'm not sure if your NOC would qualify) require a minimum CRS of 300 to qualify for their program.
