If you use UPS FEDEX DHL... you need to use the courier address. Cause courier companies cannot drop things to PO Box. They need to get an initial from the person who receives it.

I personally, hate and do not trust Canada POST, I will be using DHL to send it to CPP-O. But the return, unfortunately, has to be Canada POST.

Why I hate them? They lost my PNP application package to sydney, last year. So since then I don't like to do business with them.
