I applied for PR on Jan 20th,2012.
AOR and ME received on Feb 20th,2012.
In process since 17th July,2012.
PPR on Sept 4th,2012.

Can anyone please help my friend who sent his application kit to CPC- Sydney, 47-49 Dorchester St. Sydney, Nova Scotia instead of Centralized Intake Office-PNP P.O. Box 1450 Sydney, Nova Scotia last May 21st with the processing fee enclosed. Up to this date he didn`t receive Acknowledgment of Receipt yet. Will they send back his entire application package or would just forward it to the correct address? He emailed the CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca but to no avail.
