No, when i checked GCMS for the last time in May 2013 my case wasnt assigned to a specific officer. There were multiple different codes for meds extensions / RPRF fee requests / RCMP screenings..

I've been reading this forum for many months and it has been very helpful!
Just wanted to share my timeline with you:

Application received in CIO Sydney - February 2012
Application transfered to CPP Ottawa - April 2012
AOR and MR - April 2012
Medical Exam done - May 2012
Request for RFPR fee and personal history - end of March 2013
PPR - June 25 2013

I wanted to have an idea before my application status changes to DM and when I can get my passport back

Man, great work but dont have too many expectations, CIC guys are doing what they do everyday.
Complaining against them wont make any difference,
I am working with a company from 3 years and nobody cares for any accountability in Canada, people have their jobs and they do min required to keep going, CIC officers are a part of union , govt cant say anything to them.
Still, a good thing to satisfy yourself.

Once the Access to Information request is fulfilled, we will have a clear evidence of discrimination against January to June 2012 applicants if there is a low percentage of finalized processing for applications submitted during this period compared to applications submitted during the July-December 2012 period.

I read it in a forum, that someone waited for 5 days from email confirmation, he became restless and faxed a screenshot of DM to CPP-O and he got PPR in Snail Mail, I will suggest you do the same thing, if you dont hear anything in couple of days, email and fax them the DM screenshot and see how they reply.
