based on what reason to refuse the visa? you have some concerns? what last day you must land per your visa?

they always have this right to refuse you! doesn't matter you are a PR or not!

it is in the law saying that they have the "right"! but don't worry they all work for CIC and won't bother to have pain in the ass!

Yes we do have similar timelines, the only difference is that my visa office is Manila, not Ottawa. I think timelines differ from one visa office to another. I've noticed that Ottawa is a tad slow in processing applications.

All updates are on the left hand side + Decision Made yesterday (Sept 29)

you are QSW and he is PNP. I guess we can't compare the timelines with them. PNP applications are considered with priority and processed super fast....

even QSW is suppose to come under PNP but our applications are processed with low priority..I do not know the reason
