I am an HR professional with around 8.5 years of foreign experience in HR Operations. I have a Bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate diploma, and my English level is around CLB 8.

I am currently exploring Canadian immigration options and would like guidance on Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), especially SINP, AAIP, and other provinces.

Since HR is not a high-demand occupation in some provinces, I would really appreciate advice from anyone who has successfully applied as an HR professional.

Specifically, I would like to know:
  • Which provinces are best for HR roles under PNP?
  • Should I even try to migrate to Canada?
  • Is it possible to get an invitation without a job offer?
  • Any tips to improve chances for HR applicants?

Thank you in advance for your help.

1. If not working, studying or have a job offer with an eligible employer willing to support your nomination then PNPs are not an option.
2. That is your decision.
3. Not for PNP.
4. Learn French for Express Entry.

Even if you get PR, you may not get work in HR.
