PNP application procedure

Hi
I have created express entry profile recently. Now I want to apply for PNP to improve my EE score but I am not sure of proper procedure to apply for it through my EE and also about the province that has a greater demand for teaching professionals.
Can anyone guide me about this please?

Only this related NOC in SINP Demand list. If this matches with your occupation only then u can apply for SINP EE.
