This is a scam :( for several reasons. Firstly, their email addresses are not from the government. Secondly, there is no such thing as a Canada Immigration Bureau, or a Canada Immigration and Resettlement Bureau. Thirdly, the phone numbers they are providing are from Toronto, Ohio and California. In addition, there are several grammar mistakes there, this was written by someone who doesn't speak English as their first language, which is impossible for a government communication. Finally, there are no shortlisted applicants for permanent residence or electronic ballot systems, there is a similar thing in the USA but nothing like that in Canada.

Please do not send them any information, just ignore them. If you want, you can always try to report them to IRCC as well.

Hi my people,
I got LAA for Manitoba, but unfortunately the system as been flagging my job experience as not matching the EOI, I claimed 5years in the last 5years. My experience timeline:
Started working for an insurance brokerage company in Nigeria: Jan 2010 till Jan 2015.

Came to Australia to complete a postgraduate degree: Feb 2015 to December 2016(I was on study leave during this period)

Returned to Nigeria to continue work with my employer: Jan 2017 to June 2017

Got an offer with an Australian Employer: July 2017 till date

After trying a lot of different circumstances with the system, I realised the only accepted experience is the one after my masters degree.

Could anyone please clarify if this is the case.

On another note, I find it very difficult to figure out what my NOC would be as my department is half IT, half Finance, I am more than happy to send any expert my job descriptions to help figure out what exactly it is.
Thank you in anticipation my people

your work experience in the last five years before you submitted your EOI should start from 2013 and from what you have written you have 3 full years of work experience not 5. that could be the problem.
