Hi guys,

I got MR along with the request to submit recent bank statement showing that salary is being deposited in my bank account in the past 6 months from the company I used to work for. The fact is I quit my job in December last year and started my masters degree program at FUTA. What do you think I should do? Here's the message I received below:


Dear:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:


Ø Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Updated Nigeria police clearance certificate with fingerprints page
Ø Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature
Ø Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures
Ø Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination
Ø RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee
Ø Copies of historical identity documents such as the birth certificate issued shortly after birth; hospital birth certificate; WAEC and all other school documents available; etc;
Ø Client Information: Receipt of information from client Payslips for the past six (6) month from your company;
Ø Bank statement showing income deposited from your company.

CIC is backed by law to ask for any require docs during application processes. However, the docs they nomarly ask from PNP nominated applicants are usually the RPRF, SCH A n Add Family forms, Police cert and medicals. But this time that they are requesting for Bank statements and salary payslips..... things are changing seriously

Hey Bro, you are welcome this is the best forum to be, express entry won't be more than six months but paper based in Accra VO is the slowest. All the best.

Look up to the top bar buttons where u see home, assessment e.t.c. click on Profile, then hit the forum profile info under modify profile menu. Lobatan

Yeah, I think so too cos I've searched everywhere on my profile but it's not there. Well, I'm 7 posts away lols.
