A couple of people have asked this question in the group but I didn't think anyone was able to answer. I am a paper-based PNP PR applicant and my application is under process awaiting medical. I am about 6 months in and considering that it takes up to 16 months I want to apply via express entry. Mycic account does not have the express entry application anymore, so I think it was disabled. I really do not want to wait for another 10 months if I can process EE within 6 months.
Should I withdraw the paper-based application before moving forward with the EE or I should just create a new Mycic account to submit my EE profile? I will appreciate your response guys. Thanks.
