PNP about Ontario

Pls help me to know abt Ontario PNP

After study with working visa we can apply PNP of Ontario no need work experience
But must need skill job offer:

If I arrAnge job letter from any shop or company of Woking place is it ok
Or
The job offer must have to be a big company big shop who pay very high gst/ tax to government every year

Infact what is employer requriment to offer me a job.

as long as your employer is paying taxes, has the net worth and have the number of canadians hired before hiring you it should be good...but ontario pnp has to be approved first

if you are applying with a job, your employer has to send a package to Ontario PNP outlining that they tried hiring other people and your duties etc....sort of like LMO and then Ontario PNP approves it and then you get your PNP
