PRC = Permanent Residence Certificate.

Why would you need your father's Domicile dude? .. .. Your father wouldn't have even worried about his domicile ever! You know how it was in old times. I guess you're worried about showing "Family Ties" .. Theres no need to over-do things. Go with the documents that you have. Remember:

Its the overall profile of the application that matters! .. Moreover, Father's PRC + Domicile is not part of the Visa Checklist anyway.
