can someone please tell me i am in india and i got PPR request to send to Ottawa VO.. can i send to a relative in canada my passport and then he can send to Ottawa VO and send me back with PR docs and stamp..

I already changed my address to India with Ottawa VO.. but i dont know what to do wait for Ottawa to reply to where to send my passport in India or should i send to Canada without waiting for the response?

You're going to have to read the letter and call the number on it. Tell them you have moved and ask for an extension.

Contacting them and explaining you situation is your best option! Getting your friend to do this AFTER you've submitted a change of address with them could raise a red flag and give you problems... I urge you to contact them and follow their instructions. Alternatively you can try going to the NDVO and explaining to them your situation.

I am just going to wait for cpc to reply back to me.. i read many posts it says they reply around 15 days.. so i have 20 days in hand..
