plz i want to know that is there any body who has applied for sinp as a skilled worker but he has no relative in saskatchewan ...he only applies as skilled worker with a permanent job offer from saskatchewan ...his noc code is A, b or O. plz tell me that what ielts is demanded from cic visa officer, even u have sinp approval in case of skilled catagory(not family class)
