I am admin assistant, I want to apply NOC Code 1241 do you have to be doing all the responsibltes as what the position say on hrsd website. i do most of the roles but not all is that ok. plz reply me this

Put as many duties you can on your employemnt refrence letter and try and phrase them in way given on hrdc website (NOC description) . I am not sure but have read somewhere that atleat 60 % of your duties should match with NOC (HRDC website) description and in ceratin cases they might call employer.
