one of my friend submit file 23 july and he dnt done medical yet.....when will be his file prcessed and embassy ask for medical ?

As far as I know.

They would notify your friend that he has to go apply for medical at a given hospital.

The processing time would be hard to guess because of the delays due to the strike.

Once he gives the test, it would be automatically sent to CIC by the hospital.
