actually i did my ielts in march 2010 it will expire in march 2011.....if i will aplly end of november ..and my case will not processed since march ..will my ielts expire ...can they ask again for my ielts
plz tell me as all u seniors know it better
can i apply this november
and my husbsnd got his police ecrtficates in may 2010 from uk...and he never visisted to uk again since may..is this certificate expired now

I doubt your application will be entertained in November due to qouta issue and u may hv to retake IELTS for march 2011 application.

PCC is applicable for 3 months only. when u ever u make fresh application to CHC, the PCC must not be older than three month this means u hv to apply for it again

As per the NEW RULE, u have to not sent the PCC along with the documents. Once asked , then only u will have to get a FRESH copy and forward them.

So you will have to arrange a new one once requested by the VO.

Yes,
If the time of original request is later than ielts than you have to retake ielts
