Dear senours.
My case has been accepted in Canada as Refugee(protected person). after that i applied for PR application 14th June 2013, now my PR application has accepted . I am from Pakistan, now my file is transfer in Islamabad and CIC ask me to submit Im0008 and 5406 forms of my wife and kids (my kids ages are 8,6 and 4 years.) My family is Pakistan, my questions are here:

1: when i fill the forms of my wife and kids does my wife and kids UCI# is same (because i have UCI # from CIC) (i mean un sab ka UCI # woh he ho ga jo mera UCI # hai)?
2: what is my wife and kids visa class, ( did i write in her forms protected person or family class)?
3: How many time now a days take Islamabad CIC.
4: Did CIC again require Visa Fee of my family members.

2: what is my wife and kids visa class, ( did i write in her forms protected person or family class)? they must be in family class,btw are you pr already
3: How many time now a days take Islamabad CIC. It takes atleast 32 months accrdng to cic website. when u applied for pr and when it was approved
4: Did CIC again require Visa Fee of my family members. yes you need to pay feees but can be waived check cic website for details

Thank you very much for quick answer my questions.I am really appreciate your response.
I applied for my PR application June 14,2013 and my application has been accepted for PR on Nov.13, 2013, on line status is now IN PROCESS, i am still waiting my PR, but my file is transfer in Islamabad and CIC (Canada) send me a letter that your PR application is illegible for your PR, and now send your family documents in Islamabad with this CIC letter. I paid my all family members fee for PR .
I read that CIC new news about Family sponsor case ,that 2014 is best year for quick processing family sponsor ship? did anybody read that news?

Hi Naveed,

Whether 2014 is good or not you have to supply information they asked immediately. may be it can help faster processing of your application. first u r accepted as refugee and then u applied for pr
during this proces u r in canada.

I reach in Canada march 12 ,2013 and same day i applied as a refugee, my hearing was after two months, same hearing day my case has been accepted and i receive my case decision on june 1 ,2013, i applied for my PR June 14,2013, aor july 1 week 2013, PR application was accepted on Nov.13,2013.my family file is transfer in islamabad nov.13,2013, i am still waiting my PR.

Another Qn . Did you fill these forms when you first applied for PR. coz it says in the instructions to do that. If you didnt fill them fill it and send them with all required attachments.

hi Ramkris.
I did,nt fill these form already , now i fill up and on Monday Dec.2,2013 my wife will send them to Islamabad by TCS or DhL.

Hello everyone

I need some urgent help plz. I am Inland applicant for PR . have the following quesitons.

1-I applied as refugee when i came to Canada late 2011. and included my wife in the application
2-now i got Decision made on my PR application,and cic-V sent me letter saying my wife has to send application to Islamabad visa office,
my quesiton is under which category she should send her application? Family class( i am not sponsoring her) or Protected person abroad?

3-what supporting documents are needed?

4-do you need to pay again for my wife application?

5-who is the principal applicant in my wife application, me or my wife?

6-what document checklist should we include, there are several?
