Hello how r u guys Actually my conditions vary Every Year in 2015 i was single and Requirement was 38,618 (2015) in 2016 i got married requirement changes to 48,404(2016) and in 2017 i have 1 kid so my requirement changes to 59,426(2017) so my question is that i have sponsor my father only so i have to meet the latest Situation(59,426) or i m ok with every year 's Requirement situation. plz answer me as soon as possible thanks .

If you are asking about PGP sponsorship for 2018, then you need income for 4 for all 3 years. (2015, 2016 and 2017 NOA)
Is your father divorced or a widower? If not, you have to also include his wife/common law spouse (5 people instead).

If you have more kids, then your income requirement will change for future years.
Yes, your income has to be as per family size 4. But you should have checked the income requirements before putting your name in the lottery, the lottery spot given to you would have gone to a sponsor who is eligible.

Yes, the only thing that matters is your family size on the day you submit the application. So if are married on day you submit app, your wife can be co-signer and her Canadian income can also be used for 3 previous years.
