plssss help me (my son name in birth certificate is different from passport)

Dear all
In birth certificate of my son his sir name is not added whereas in paasport sir name is added.

so my question is that will it create any problem when i will send my son's pr documents in embassy along with my pr document , if it create any problem the what should i do now because in India it is not possible to add the sir name in birth certificate.

Actually i went to the Suvidha Kendra in punjab where my son was born and i filed a form with photograph and three document like passport, aadhar car, school id of my son in which sir name was added and along with that i also attach me and my wife 3 documents each because in my son birth certifiacte our sir name was also not mentioned , and then after 20 days the new amended birth certificate we received from suvidha kendra
