Bryanna@sir help needed. Iam a Indian citizen living in bangalore. one year back one travel agent fraud me. On that time I want to travel Canada for tourism, one agent took money and applied eta for me. And approved also. USA Greencard holders with Indian passport can apply eta for his friends.or family members using their greencard number.in eta application if greencard holder select applying eta for his friends or family members it don't ask original applicant greencard details it ask only greencard details of who is applying on behalf of original applicant. using this option with greencard holder details he applied eta and approved. he fraud me.But I can not travel with that passport, because Indian citizens with USA greencard only can travel with that eta. Now I want to apply business visitor visa for canada attending conference Toronto. I want to apply bangalore vfs with same passport which one linked with eta with my name.is this possible my trv approve because both trv and eta same passport number and same name. I need to do anything?
PlsAny one advise me, Eta approved, but iam an indian
