Experience: 2011 to Present
Industry: Food and Hotel (Non-IT)
Role: Business Development Manager
No. of Employees: 60-65
This business has been administrated by dad so I won't be able to produce payslips for performing this role.
Any idea about average salary range for BA's with 4 to 5 years in Canada or the people like me who immigrated over there after a long IT career break?

You need to recalculate your CRS score as 511 is quite high for someone with no Canadian experience or education. Also, while calculating your CRS Score, you can only use work experience in the last 10 years.
@scylla : You were right. I calculated my CRS wrongly before. It's 434 with the projected IELTS average band between 7.5-8. Also I didnt get the WES processing done for my MS and Btech.

434 is too low to be selected through the Express Entry program. You need to be in the range of 470 to be selected.

You can certainly set up an Express Entry profile. However you'll need to explore options for increasing your score.

Can WeS processing increase my CRS score?
Yes, although it depends on how your education is evaluated. If you haven't done WES yet, you need to get that done as soon as you can. You can't set up your profile without doing WES first.

If you are really serious about immigrating to Canada, then you will need to dedicate time to researching the program in detail using the link I provided above.

So I think WeS and Ielts official scorecard are the mandatory steps to start up with.
Thanks @scylla ! Will keep in touch if I come up with any query.

I'm a bit curious about Wes processing. As the Indian university and American university from where I did B.tech and MS, they both are authorised under Wes list. So they can be counted as equivalent to Canadian BS and MS. So how many points would it add to the score of 434?

You won't know until you get WES done.

The CRS score that you have calculated, is considering the points for your education as well? If that's the case, you won't get additional points for your ECA.

Also, for your ECA, it's better if you just go with the evaluation of your Masters degree from US. It will be quicker. For this process, the highest degree only matters.

I already entered my highest educational degree (Outside Canada) as Masters in the CRS form.

Then you won't get any additional points for your ECA. I am assuming that your age is the factor affecting your score as you lose points every year after 30.

If you are married, I would suggest to check if you can make your spouse the primary applicant. If that doesn't work, then you need to explore the PNP options.

I am 37 yrs old and legally separated. I don't have any clue about the PnP programme. Could you please elaborate?
