I couldn't see any education evaluation process while I was putting my info in CRS calculator. But I'll keep your suggestions in my mind. Thanks a lot!

I dont know the documents you have with you and the ones that you dont. So really cant comment how much you need to shell out. A ballpark estimate can be:
Indian police clearance - about 1000INR at passport seva kendra (you can check the government passport website for that)
US police clearance - about 20 USD
Education evaluation - about 200-300 USD
Obtaining transcripts from you college - may be a couple of thousand INR
Medical exam: about 5000-6000 INR per person
IELTS exam - 15000 INR
Canada express entry application fees - depends if you are applying alone or with spouse. You can find that out on canada.ca

All these expenses you will incur whether you go with consultant or not. A consultant will probably charge another 80K-1lac on top of this

I got 511 as of now. My job NoC code is 2171.1 I.e Business Analyst. I don't have Canadian degree but I graduated from Chicago. I hold Master's degree in Computer Science from Chicago and worked for Underwriters Labs (US) from 2008 to 2011.

You need to recalculate your CRS score as 511 is quite high for someone with no Canadian experience or education. Also, while calculating your CRS Score, you can only use work experience in the last 10 years.

They are committing about marketing my resume and help me out in getting an employer in Canada within the processing time. It's been a like 8 years since I've been away from IT field so I may need a little bit of learning curve or specialised certification in my field.

That's a false claim and that won't help you in anyway. For your learning, you can explore the market and see what is in demand these days and while your application is being processed, can start learning those skills and try to get certified on those skills, if needed. Also, would suggest learning French as well coz it may give you an edge over others as many jobs require knowledge of both, French and English.

You will need some or all of this money to cover your settlement in Canada since you won't receive any government support.

You should assume that this is money you will not be able to return to anyone. Assume it's money you'll need to spend.

I left US in 2011 and since then I've been staying here in India. I've got all the required documents including the original copy of my job offer letter that I was offered by UL (Chicago), Master's transcripts/degree from IIT Chicago, Bachelor's degree/transcripts from India, award letter by UL, payslips etc.
I had to move back to India due to family reasons at the same time I've worked at my dad's firm. I haven't been idle these years as I worked almost like a business development manager in hotel & food industry.

I have been filing IT returns for last 5-6 years. As it is my own family firm so wont be able to produce salary slips in my bank account. Besides this type of business is all about rolling over transactions so I can't keep a big amount due to the market flow. Hope you understand.
