Pls help! Study permit- specific case

Hi guys,

I would really appreciate your help.

I'm applying for study permit, continuing studies- business administration. I have a Ba in Special Education.
I was in Canada under live-in caregiver program, came back to my home country (personal/ family reasons) after a year ( visa still valid till 06.2016)
My boyfriend is Canadian and will sponsor my living expenses.

What are my chances of getting a study permit? Pls any advice!

You may want to visit and apply for study permit. This looks much easier. Showing boyfriend as your sponsor is unreliable. You need to show 1 year fees + 10k as living expenses to get the study permit.

Hi All,

I have received my acceptance from Humber college and wanted to apply for Study Visa under SPP category but my consultant said that I have 6 years of work experience and so I cannot apply under SPP category. I have few questions:

1. Do we have any cap for experience when you apply under SPP category(I have not fund anything till not even on CIC).
2. Is work experience here is counted as study gap?
3. I have completed my bachelors in 2010(since then I am working), Masters in 2012(distance) with this profile, Can I apply under SPP category?

Your help will be appreciated really.
