pls help for fees refund

i am from india pls expert help me I am in big trouble..
I applied for jan 2014 session in sheridan college but as I got letter of acceptance from college after embassy deadline date I could not able to submit my file in embassy . i done b-tech in electronic and communication engg.
in may session course of my study relivance in not avalible in sheridan.
big problem is that my father is suffering from cancer and I need my money back.
what I can do?.

Tell your problem to Sheridan college ..

I'm sure they will help you or you can call to them and talk to Indian representative.

Did you withdraw from Sheridan before or after jan 17? That is crucial.
