Hi Blaze,

When was your application submitted to HRSDC? Is it for AEO or LMO?

Damn - more than 7 months they took in replying and still they are asking for more info.

Or did HRSDC contacted in the middle too.

And plz do let me know, after sending your application in Aug?
When did u rcvd the acknowledgement that your application is rcvd by HRSDC?

I received my file number 2 weeks before we submitted our application. Sept. 1, 2010. This march 2011 my employer received phone call interviewed from HRSDC.

File number prior to applying for AEO....

Blaze - You must be applying under the 38 categories???

It's simply the equity account, if your company maintain financial accounts which they should for tax purpose, then they should have financial statements as well which they need to submit to CRA for business tax and these financial are prepared by authorized accountants. Just send them those financial or just the balance sheet will do the job.

Hi Zulkfal,
Thanks for your replied. My Employer was already submitted company financial statement. But they asking more documents from certified accountant to assess owner equity/deficiency in the company, this asking document my employer dnt have idea about this?

Certified accountant mean a CA or CGA. CMA doesn't fall into that category and accountant without CGA or CA designation. Pref is toward CA more reliable little expensive.
