hi mate,

1. you must have 52 in the first cut off (no children, no financial capacity) and 59 in the final one. also 48+9=57 non 59
2. definitly french test
3. nobody knows

Quebec is so slow mate, i am form june 2016 intake and Quebec has not asked documents
