name ,husband name is already in urdu and in english. its just address which is not in english.

Which one is required? CNIC in English or Smart Card (which is only available in a combination of both urdu and english with address only in urdu) ??

Graihn in Canada it is an online training course you take so you can serve alcohol. Any one in Ontario serving any kind of liquor and charges requires a smart card... No idea what the OP SMART CARD IS .
