I became a PR in 2010, sponsored my spouse and got a United Nations Assigment and left Canada in 2012 (but between 2010 to 2012, I stayed and worked in Canada only for one year as I travelling alot).While I was outside Canada, the Visa Officer contacted me to forward additional document for my spouse applicant. I informed them that I am out of Canada on a UN assignment and they rufesed to issue the visa because I was not physically present in Canada. Now we have a child (8months)and I have finish my UN assignment and wish to return to Canada permenantly in June. I applied for a Visitors for my spouse and child. my worries are;
1. What are my chances of getting back by previous sponsorship approval and continue from there?
2. Should I travel with my family and apply from Canada while we are together?
3. Should I forget about the visitor visa and return to Canada alone then reapply for both
Please someone should assist me with these questions.
