Hi all,
My husband got two summary offences in Australia in March 2014, since then there is no other conviction. What is the process of rehabilitation?
We have already applied for EE pnp. AOR is Jan2019.
Any response will be highly appreciated..

To answer your question, please help to understand:

So he got convicted?
What was the sentence?
Can you share more details re-offenses. Will it be an offense in canada? What was the sentence?

Thank you so much for responding.
Yes, he was fined. Actually he got a speeding ticket and he nominated one of his friends as the driver. It was by mutual consent.
It happened in 2014. Since then no other offences. Do we need to apply rehab?
It probably will be an offence in Canada.

Did you have a chance to go through this page? https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5312-rehabilitation-persons-inadmissible-canada-past-criminal-activity.html

I reckon based on your description, that indeed you/your friend will need to overcome inadmissibility. The page above gives clear instructions on "how to".
