Hello there,
I have been following you.. I have already passed my 13 months.. I am one of the first CPP Ottawa applicants from January.. my file is In process since May and nothing.. I am waiting for my second GCMS notes, I am waiting for an answer from my MP.. I wrote to CPP asking about the processing time and they replied me with the standard time line that they give to the people from Buffalo.. If our files never went to Buffalo.. Why they have to processing our files with the Buffalo Backlog.. When we receive our AOR, we expect and answer in 120 days..
My medical are expired, same my police certificates..
So, I can not give you any good news for now.. I hope very soon we can finish with good news... Keep in touch

Hi I totally agree they are not following applicants from june/july/aug/sept/oct and nov are getting there PPR

I think we are in the middle of it.
I'm not the Buffalo transfer but I'm similiar timeline with them. PNP policy changed last June so maybe why the applicants after June are different with ours. Now they are doing the Buffalos, so we are different with them, too.
Anyways, I'm so frustrated that Aug/Sep/Oct applicants got their PPR...

Medical 25 May 2012

After that i have not heard anything from them, after numerous emails no reply.
Did any of you guys applied for GCMS notes.
I recently got my GCMS notes and the last update on my file was in june when they received my medical. my file shows only criminality in progress, medical is passed, security not started yet, eligibility not started, i dont even think any officer has been assigned to the file either.

Seniors please advise how long criminality checks take ??

how come my visa office is baffalo..because it wsn't mentioned anywhere in my application..i submitted my app in nova scotia and then it was transferd to cpp-o on june 4...
its really really frustrating...

Oh REALLY???!!! R you sure about that? Because I never send anything to Buffalo at all. My applications were directly send to Sydney at beginning, how come I am the Buffalo transfers?????

We applied still waiting to hear from them, we applied for PR in March 2012 and did Medicals in May as well, I have similar timeline as u

but we are not buffalo transfers but PR visa was issuing by buffalo till may 29, still we are ottawa applicants.

Well, they kindly say to us that March 1st - May 31 will be reviewed on or before August 31st, which is nonsense compare to post-July applications
