please reply urgent pr card expiring next month..please asap...

also one thing i m right now living in usa and i travelled last month to canada by car. we generally travel by car so i need my pr card all the time.now if i go next month wat will b their question n wat should i reply? i also returned my health card in 2011 as one officer at the border got mad and said me she will make report tht i cant keep pr card coz not living in canada and i told her my hubby is citizen and i m accopnying him , she didnt listen to me then i request so finally she said i must return my health card n she will make a report, bt i didnt get anythin , she allowed me to enter canada then next day i called to call center at cic n they said i can stay with my husband as he is canadian citizen.. then i returned my health card but if i want my health card back i hve to show them new landing paper tht i second time landed in canada.now please reply me leon and other experts wat should bt done? i find very hard to fullfill pr card renewal application. and as supporting documents i dont hve nythin except landing paper and passport. we hve bank account there bt we never filed tax..as my husband is working here.please waiting for reply..thanx..how should i get back to canada n renew my pr card i dont hve entry records for first 3 years.can i renew it stayin in usa by mail? or its compilsory to go back???

1. my hubby is working for usa company though he is canadian citizen, is it ok?
2. can i provide lease agreement OR drivers licence of boh of us which has same adress in usawer we are living rite now?
3. do i need to file tax in canada, can i file for last five yrs togather? i dont hve income as i m not workin bt i hve nominal interest income like 100 dollars yearly in canadian bank.
4. can i travel before my pr card expires in this coming four weeks to canada by car or its risky?
5.what should i write in adrresses for past five years in pr renewal form, like they ask i hve to provide for each month bt i dont hve record for first 3 years how can i get it? do u think i should hire a lawyer for this?
6. do i hve to write each dates stamped in passport in travel history for last five yrs as i hve gone to india frm usa.
7. in case if i decide to stay in canada for 2 years now wat should i tell at border so they issue me another landin paper and i can get back my health card coz i will need it if i m staying there for 2 yrs..

n my last question do u think i should hire a lawyer for my case?
