If you are attaching any document from your parents then you must include their CNIC copies (Urdu and English Translation).
Otherwise, it is recommended to attach Family Registration Certificate - FRC.
You can get this certificate from NADRA and it will just take 15- 20 mins if you visit the NADRA executive center. It contains the information about your parents and siblings, including their address, CNICc, pictures, etc... So that certificate is enough. It can also help in showing your home ties.
