I have ECA and translated diploma for my foreign study, is it MANDATORY to upload the transcript??? Has anyone got rejected because of not uploading transcript?

I think some good advice with this kind of thing is, if you aren't sure to upload something or not UPLOAD it anyway using the webform (it will ask you after you submit it if you want to include any documents). At the end of the day you can't get refused for uploading something extra, but you can for not uploading something. So go ahead and upload it.

Its my college transcript from back home, I can't get it now because its summer vacation no body works in the school...

Also you get your transcripts from the examining body, not the school, so I'd try and contact them

Looks like you might be ok unless they literally asked for transcripts. Worse comes to worse they should request them, not just refuse you. I'd still try and find them though if I were you

The ECA and diploma itself should be enough. The transcript is not necessary, unless there are doubts to the translated diploma.
