I have a particular question. I have applied for the permanent visa through the skilled worker program. However, chances are it will be denied (My e-status changed to decision made before the medicals). After I had applied an employment opportunity with my former employer in Calgary, Alberta came up but since my permanent residency process was already underway me and my potential employer decided to wait for a decision from the visa office. Can I apply for the Temporary Worker Visa now? The NOC would be different. It would be 0713-0 - Transportation Manager.
I am in Houston, what would be the office do you recommend - shortest response time and what is the usual timeline for these visas?
