Please I really need help! visitor invitation letter

Please kindly I need help,I want to invate my mother to come here in canada. The reason my yonger sister have a cancer and she very sick, my mother applied last week but they refused the application. The reason is no invitation letter or suppoting papers.

Please kindly send me any sample invitaton letter!
