Yes, if you want your husband as your representative. All your mail from CIC will go to him then.

Yes it is not a bad idea at all, I wish I had done that, makes it easier if you need to obtain any information with regards to the processing..things that you will not see on ecas...

You submit if you have one, otherwise you don't need to fill it.
