Who is the sponsor you or your husband? You should be giving your details during the phonecall as you would be the one getting the approval. September for sponsorship approval? I think you should try with another agent. Say that you are out of the country and sent in your application for a PR spousal for your husband and that you would like to know the status of it. First stage approval for an outland application does NOT take 6 months. It's after it goes to the abroad embassy that it takes time!

Agree with Boncuk, try ringing again and you'll speak to someone else, but you need to give YOUR surname and birthdate, not your husbands.

yes , sure... I gave them my name-birthday , so.... you are suggesting to talk with another agent ?
ok, what about to talk first with the mail office where we sent the application ? she asked me if it is a registrared and talk to them.

Do that and call them again.. it's just a phonecall.. the first one was misinformed.. first stage approval for an outland application does NOT take 6 months!

Oh God, I tried to call them again, the other agent told me also to talk with the mail office, he said : It is not fine to wait all this time ??
too bad ! where is our application ?? how we can find them ?where ever we call or talk they say : we did not recieve it ??
I think..WE do not have a choice, we should apply again ??I am sooo disappointment.....

I do not know what is going on ??? If the mail office say they should recive it ,and the immigration center says we did not recive it ??? so , who recive it ?? where is the applicaion ????
