Hi there,
My husband has applied for immigration under Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (under the Post-Graduation Work Permit Stream). I am living with him under visitor status in Canada. My husband's application was accepted and he was told to do medical examinations. He did so and 5 months later he got an e-mail from CIC to attach all my supporting documents and pay the fees for me. But he has never asked for PR for me and I refuse to get Canadian PR and do medical examinations. Is there any chance that he will get his PR? Please, help.

Even if you do not want Canadian PR, there is still certain information (e.g. medical) you have to provide in order for your husband's application to be approved.
