Ok can u answer one more question, and i do thank you for your honesty..

If my spouse is 4years into her PR in Canada, will she be okay coming back to the UK and then returning to Canada after 2years and then sponsering me across?

Please advise...Thanks...

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/become-eligibility.asp

It seems that she is eligible to become a citizen now, if she has lived there for four years. She could apply for her citizenship before moving to the UK so that being gone for 2 years won't be an issue.

Thanks for that,

Would you know how long the process takes from PR to Citzenship...? As u can tell i just want to be with my wife asap no matter what coutry im in, long as we can apply for Canada in the near futcure..

My husband application was rejected based on crinimality and he's deem for rehabilitation next year June 2014. I am going for appeal but I dont know if we have any chance.

Currently, Citizenship applications are sitting at 21 months (you need 1095 days of residency to apply). To answer your previous question though, "yes", even two years abroad she could return and apply to renew her PR card having met the 2 years out of 5 obligation. HOWEVER, since it seems her PR card will expire in one more year, I believe she will have to obtain a PRTD (PR Travel Document) in order to return to Canada. (Excuse me if I don't have that acronym exactly right).
