Can anyone help me to get the Fee slip (voucher) or how can I deposite the fee $1050.
Any other Doucoments with these forms.
May I send all form to missisaga office (mine + spouse)

1. Your wife has to include proof of medicals and Police Certificates as well, read the instructions, the application and the sponsorship go to Mississauga.
