I am applying for Canada student visa but i have a issue.
In 2003 i went to UK with my brother on Medical Visa.i was 14 years old and my brother went with me as my guardian.I went back to pakaistan after medical treatment with in time BUT my brother overstayed and caught by UK police.
Will my brother this overstayed act as my guardian affect my visa application to Canada now ? Kindly do reply !
had Uk embassy put my name too in red list on the basis of the act done by my brother as my guardian ?

No, it won't affect your application instead you will have a good profile by coming back on time. As far as, I remember I didn't noticed any document where they are asking for previous history.

It will not affect your case, previous travel history is checked from previous passports........

but the thought pinches me is how would embassy know that i came on time.as when i left UK they just stamped my passport with exit date and nothing else no entry in electronic database.
after while when my brother caught and deported in 2007. may be UK embassies throw my name to red list by thinking that his brother who was on medical treatment and came with him might also be staying illegal like him.

PS:i have proper entry and exit stamps on my passport.

You have to submit all the previous passports with your application, it is a requirement, it will also clarify them that you returned in time..........

so its mean by looking at my passport they will conclude that i came on time regardless of the information provided by UK embassy.they will clear themselves. right ?

don't worry , just apply ......your case will not be affected in any case........
