On the top of the form, next to the name and the address,
Does "For non-residents only" here mean non-residents for the tax purpose or immigration purpose?
If I've been living here in Canada and paid taxes for the past years while working, should I skip this section?
Or, should I still write it down my country name since I'm not a permanent resident for immigration purpose?
I'd appreciate your help!
