Please help - will this an misrepresentation or mismatch with lead statement

I have a case where the review was done and the VO has concern on my employment letter obtained from abroad with letterhead having abroad address - In GCMS notes. (I felt the concern is crucial, as there are cases having negative answers for using abroad reference letters)

so I got new letter from Canada office and added to my file. both the letter looks same. Except the end date is 15 days less in the new letter. (The fact is I departed from Canada during this 15 days - it is planned vacation turned out to be an exit from Canada). I thought need to include this pay period in my Work Experience, because it took a week for me report to my base location. (It is my mistake because I though I need to put the pay period rather my physical presence in Canada)

In the email, I sent have intimated than I left Canada on June 2nd which is actual departed date. But in work experience letter it is stated end date as 15th June. this does not affect my eligibility though it comes under my qualifying period. (Even in review comment by VO this date is reflected Sad )

I did not updated the form - as it might cause confusion.

Will this be a misrepresentation on any form? or can I send an update schedule work experience? or it is just treated as a minor mistake.

It is continuous employment, I worked with same company once I returned - there is no official end date as there is a offer letter to start my employment.

It would be better to clear that up with immigration before they see it and start wondering. It's a simple mistake. Your employment can end after you actually left the job because you were taking unused vacation for example. Personally I don't think it's a big deal but it is still better to explain the minor discrepancy in a letter to immigration rather than have them see it and start asking.

one more thing is I am intra company transferee and continued working with same company after leaving Canada

shall I apologise it is mistakenly entered and write a letter? will that wont make confusion

You can include all important dates in your letter like when your employment in Canada ended and officially ended and that you are still working with the same company outside Canada now.

Do I need to update Schedule A work experience letter with this letter?

as there is a change in this form.

I already explained discrepancy for 1 day in email.
