I have apply the visit visa online, on submit on April 26, however on May 5, i receive a email and said
we have concern on your bona fide as a temporary resident, ask for additional doc. which is
Movement Records from my country Immigration for the past 5 years, showing entry and exit from your country. This must be received at this office by: 2019/06/05, after that i upload it on May 6, however I'm not sure are they receive it or not, i didn't receive any message said they're reviewing but the

im very confusing, how long does it take and are they receive yet? also how can i get the paper if i get the visitor visa because i was applied online and my passport belongs to me until now. is it suppose i will got the result after June 5?

If your application gets approved, you ll receive email/message in your account and status ll show Approved.
then you ll get passport request letter from IRCC in your account/email to submit your original passport at any nearest visa application center to paste visa stiker on it

depends on various factors
country of applicant
work load in VAC at that time
how soon they can complete background check (which involves information from third parties)
but anywhere between 1 month to several months
