Hi all, I did 16 months Masters and I failed in 1 subject in final semester. I did the course in Summer (continuously , like the next three months without break). Its one course with 3 credits . One agent just told me that since he did only one semester, he was part time and therefore he cant apply for Pgwp. I am freaking out. I called another top lawyer, he said he is allowed to be part time in the final semester and its ok . Kindly let me know the correct information.
Also, his enrollment issued on MAY 2023, for continuing says full time and the student adviser says course completion will say full time student as well. Kindly help.
