Please Help - UCI number on the EE profile

Hi,
I had applied for Canadian PR back in February 2010 and also received my medicals and Right for PR fee fee request. But did not proceed any further due to personal reasons and got a rejection following that stating that my job duties did not match with the NOC.

Now I am applying again and the EE profile is asking for an UCI number which I don't have. I only have a file number for my previous application starting with BXXXXXXXXX.

Where can I get this UCI number. Should I mail to CIC inquiring this ?
If so what's the email address I should contact.

My Medical request envelop is still with me unopened. Not sure if it contains a UCI.
Please help

Need to clear a doubt - when creating the EE profile, there is a part "Has **** applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? "

In 2015 I applied for a student visa and got rejected. I checked in the refusal document and found the UCI number. When creating the EE profile should I select "Yes" for "Has ****** applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?" and mention the UCI number? Would this create an issue in receiving ITA?
