please help to understand CAIPS

i received my caips file and all the field are emply just with 10 points of age and with following line

PAPER FILE SEND TO PA FILE BF'D TO : FRR ON 01-12-2010 MICROLOCATOR :

Now i have not heard anything from visa office yet. e-case status still showing the same RVBO
i have submitted full docs to ND visa office in september 2010

please advice

Unless your e-cas shows In Process your CAIPS notes will not give much info. regarding the status of your application.
From what you have posted it seems that the Bring forward date on your application was 1 Dec. 2010, however on that date it has not been reviewed completely so as to allocate the selection points. OR your file was never reviewed on 01 Dec. 2010. It will be reviewed on a later date date most likely.

Hi to All,
My e.cas does not update, it shows only information from CIO since 2009 February.

When i ordered Caips , i saw many notes written by the visa office, Does it mean that he is processing my file?

Age was 10 and other fields were zero and BF'D was 22.1.2011.

before your status reach into IN PROCESS, its almost lame to ask for CAIPS. nothing would yield from that.
